Její tisk ve Spojených státech byl umožněn dohodou uzavřenou v Praze mezi Radou pro náboženské záležitosti Československé socialistické republiky a nadací Appeal of Conscience Foundation. Dar 2.000 výtisků židovské komunitě v Československu představuje cíl nadace Appeal of Conscience Foundation v oblasti mezináboženské spolupráce a posilování pout přátelství, míru a porozumění. This Hebrew-Czech prayerbook - Modlitby - is a reproduction of the one published in Prague in 1937. Its printing in the United States was made possible by an agreement realized in Prague between the Council of Religious Affairs of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Appeal of Conscience Foundation. The gift of 2,000 copies to the Jewish community in Czechoslovakia represents the objective of the Appeal of Conscience Foundation for interreligious cooperation and the strengthening of bonds of friendship, peace, and understanding.
