In accordance to the bot policy (I recommended you to read Wikisource:Boti) here the bot flag will not be granted. You does not seem to be trusted experienced with the structure of the Wikisource domains, you are not like to specialize in it, the specification for your bot does not let await a larger number of edits, and there is a lack of the language knowledge and experience with this domain and Wikisource at all. I see no conflict with the policy. Please state spesificaly what the violation is. I started showing interest on wikisource just the day before. I registered accounts, went to bed, woke up, ate breakfast, went on a walk, and requested bot flags. Something as subjective as an alleged lack of "project-wide trust" cannot be a valid criteria.
I have a bot flag on five language editions of wikisource as of this post. This is just a wiki just like any other wiki. This domain is nothing special as far as I can see.

You stated "The account has been specified as a bot several times without any permission."

It is simply mind bogging that you will not allow me to use a non-existent template on my own userpage. That is my bot account, regardless of weather or not it runs or if is allowed to run. Not to mention not all bots run with a bot flag.

I do not and should not need anyones permission to alter my own userpage or my bot userpage. Just like how it is with my other 210 userpages for my bot.

Due to the rfc and the interwiki work White Cat has been doing, I have come here to look at Bible. Is this and this correct? I have moved w:Soubor:Novy zakon.jpg to commons:Image:Novy zakon.jpg. Can you ask for the image on cs to be deleted?

Can we add links to "w:Bible kralická" on either Bible or Bible (Kralická)?

I have updated the English on Wikisource:Boti; I hope I only changed the grammar - I didnt mean to change the intent/meaning. It still needs work, but I will wait to see whether those changes are accepted.

Finally, are there no userboxes at all on cs?

So, here we are. In fact the page Bible is quite one day old – I made it yesterday to solve the problems with interwiki: there are some 84 translations in English, more the a dozen in Czech etc. etc., so it is not possible to make interwikis as usual. The page Bible links or will link a) to different translations in Czech here in cs.source and b) insead of interwiki to other language translations in other wikisources. We use to have such theme pages in some cases here. More over, the colleague User:Milda suggested yesterday some inter-wikisource project to solve this problem, maybe by decision (if it is possible) which translation in every language can be seen as the most representative, and then it yould be linked to them. I support his idea. Now to the other points:

  • thanks for getting my English better – in fact I did not suppose that we shall need English rules here, but... – be so free
  • the page w:Bible kralická (cs.wiki) is an article on the Kralice Bible, the page Bible (Kralická) here is the document, and, as I wrote above, the page Bible here is something like a disambiguation while w:Bible in cs.wiki is an article on Bibles as a whole
  • we do not have any userboxes here, that’s true, as we wanted to avoid long discussions on this matter (he has I do not eat frog’s leg why may I not have I love sitting on the toilet), but indeed, to make some language babel boxes is no problem
  • I think both contributions you are asking for are correct

Hi, I'm no big expert on this, though I do remember from previous discussions that Israeli laws are public domain. Whether that officially includes the Declaration of Independence is something I'm not sure about, but I do know that in practice everyone treats it as public property.

Hi. The license means text is ineligible for copyright, which we use for authors died less than 70 yrs ago if the text is not the artwork, Polish law says it is not copyrighted (such as a legal instruments or open letters). Niki K

[editovat] Licence překladu v infoboxu

Ahoj, včera jsem možná přemýšlel trochu víc, než obvykle, a výsledkem je, že mi není jasné, jak správně vyplnit licenci překladu v případě, kdy práva překladatele již vypršela (typicky PD-old-70), zatímco u originálu to zatím není 100% jisté, protože rok úmrtí autora neznáme (např. PD-old-100). Dřív jsem vyplňoval licenci překladu PD-old-70, ale včera mi to právě vrtalo hlavou, co ta kolonka přesně znamená, protože ze tří slov „licence pro překlad“ v dokumentaci jsem o moc chytřejší nebyl. Jak to tedy autor myslel?

Může znamenat:

  • buď výslednou licenci díla v tom konkrétním překladu, ale pak by asi muselo být vyplněno např. tak, jak jsem vyplnil včera v Sonet (Villarceaux), protože má-li originál méně volnou licenci (PD-old-100, tj. s nějakou mírou nejistoty), nemůže mít překlad jako celek tutově volnou PD-old-70;
  • anebo pouze licenci vlastního vkladu překladatele, pak by např. PD-old-70 Vrchlického bylo v pořádku i tam, pak zde však zůstává menší problém, že nám infobox řadí dílo i do kategorie textů s licencí PD-old-70, ale třeba to nevadí.

Tedy obě varianty jsou přijatelné, ale platit by měla jen jedna a podle toho bychom měli vysvětlit význam parametrů pro licenci a licenci překladu. --Milda 06:00, 3. 7. 2008 (UTC)

Aniž bych hloubal v úskalích a útrobách AZ, tak ona »výsledná licence« bude spíš takový konstrukt, který se tam asi nenachází. »Licence pro překlad« je skutečně licence, říkající, že překlad je PD, protože... Ovšem tato licence pro překlad je dle mne v případě, že originál PD ještě není, pouze takovou opcí pro budoucnost (asi „až bude originál PD, tak potom i...“). Z toho důvodu se takový text (překlad PD, ale originál ještě chráněn) na wikisourci vůbec objevit nesmí.
Analogicky pak případ, že přesný stav licence originálu jasný není a my ho pouze výpomocně označíme jako PD-old-100, ale znamená, že obé je již PD, a sice překlad PD-old-70, a originál s největší pravděpodobností taky PD ale asi PD-old-100; výsledná licence je pak PD (a nic víc), ty údaje 70 nebo 100 jsou prostě upřesňujcí informace o tom, jak to přesně (resp. tedy nepřesně) je.
Onoho problému, že dílo je pak řazeno do dvou kategorií, jsem si skutečně nevšiml, to by se muselo řešit zvláštníma šablonama licencí pro originál a pro překlad, což bych považoval za trochu přehnané; ono když se jeden podívá na stránku tak lehce z infoboxu zjistí, co a jak. Takže Sonet (Villarceaux) by se asi mohl předělat (tedy, jen ta licence...). -jkb- ✉ 06:47, 3. 7. 2008 (UTC)

vielen herzlichen Dank für deine Meldung! Ich habe mich gleich nach deiner Mitteilung dran gemacht und die Auswertung bereinigt. Es war tatsächlich so, dass sich (einige wenige) Seiten vom Wikiquote festgesetzt und in die Wikisource-Auswertung geschmuggelt hatten; aber lieber wird zu viel angezeigt als zu wenig ;-) Jetzt sollte auch für's cs.wikisource alles passen; allerdings hast du von "ein paar" Fehlern geschrieben. Hello. As per your message on my talk pages and the relevant entry on Meta - my decision was based on the fact that the time it is taking bureacurats to perform the username change was getting way out of good measure. The fact stewards aren't supposed to act on projects that have an active bureaucrat force can't be overshadowed by the fact that in some instances the bureaucrat force is active only figuratively - there are simply users with b'crat rights and that's all. Nějakým záhadným způsobem zůstává moje IP adresa: 85.13.98.107 zablokovaná. Tato adresa je zcela běžná veřejná IP adresa a nemá nic společného s nějakým proxy serverem. Zdavím kolego. Nevím o co se jedná - účet 85.13.98.107 není zablokován zde na Wikisourci ani lokálně [3] ani globálně [4]. Pokud jsem si všiml, neukazuje se nic ani zde na global user contributions.
